Pre-preg and vacuum infused carbon fiber intake manifolds
Anubis Composite specializes in the development and manufacturing of premium carbon fiber composite intake manifolds. Every product is designed in-house, combining advanced composite technology with a deep engineering understanding of airflow, resonance, and engine dynamics. Our goal is to create intake systems that not only deliver exceptional aesthetics but also elevate the driving experience.
Carbon fiber composite is far more than a lightweight alternative to metal and plastic. It gives engineers the freedom to create complex geometries without the manufacturing limitations associated with conventional materials, allowing every surface and internal passage to be optimized for performance.
Its naturally low thermal conductivity minimizes heat transfer from the engine, helping to keep the intake charge cooler while avoiding the heat retention typical of metal components. At the same time, the composite structure possesses a unique elastic character, allowing it to respond naturally to the engine's dynamic pressure pulses rather than behaving as a completely rigid structure.
Beyond its engineering advantages, exposed carbon fiber represents craftsmanship at its finest. The distinctive weave, depth, and finish make each intake manifold as visually striking as it is technically advanced.

Every intake manifold is designed using advanced CAD modeling, CFD airflow simulation, and CFM flow analysis. Optimized internal geometry promotes efficient airflow distribution, improved cylinder filling, and consistent engine performance.
Unlike metal, carbon fiber composite has very low thermal conductivity and does not retain heat. This helps reduce heat transfer to the intake air while maintaining excellent temperature resistance under demanding engine conditions.
Composite structures contain no welded joints, eliminating common fatigue points found in fabricated metal manifolds. Designed to withstand continuous pressure pulses and millions of load cycles, carbon fiber composites offer outstanding long-term durability.
Every intake manifold is engineered as a true plug-and-play solution. Full compatibility with OEM components — including injectors, fuel rails, throttle bodies, vacuum ports, and PCV systems — ensures straightforward installation without permanent vehicle modifications.
Reference build · Victoria, Australia

The installation was completely straightforward, with excellent OEM fitment and no modifications required. All factory components integrated seamlessly, allowing the intake manifold to be installed as a true plug-and-play upgrade.
Following installation, even the technician was surprised by the noticeable change in the engine's character. The engine idled more smoothly, mechanical noise was reduced, throttle response became significantly sharper, and the exhaust developed a more pronounced crackle during overrun.
The vehicle remained completely stock, with no ECU recalibration or software modifications. These results were achieved on an otherwise factory-standard Lamborghini Huracán STO.
“The greatest compliment wasn't the performance — it was that the owner rediscovered the joy of driving his Huracán.”
How it's made
Every manifold is pressure tested and inspected before it ships. Nothing leaves the shop unchecked.
Every project begins with either a high-resolution 3D scan or the precise measurement of the original intake manifold. A complete CAD model is then created as the foundation for development.
The intake manifold is designed using advanced CAD software, CFD airflow simulation, and performance analysis. Internal geometry is refined and optimized before manufacturing begins.
Custom composite molds are manufactured with high precision to ensure dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and premium surface quality.
Each intake manifold is hand-crafted from high-performance carbon fiber composites, assembled with meticulous attention to detail, and finished to the highest standards. Manufacturing technologies: Prepreg carbon fiber · Autoclave curing · Vacuum infusion
Every finished intake manifold undergoes pressure testing and a thorough inspection to verify structural integrity, fitment, and manufacturing quality before delivery.
After final inspection, the intake manifold is carefully packaged and shipped worldwide, ready for straightforward installation.

The first reply is a dimensional checklist, not a sales pitch. If your build does not suit a composite manifold we will say so — it saves us both a quarter.
